Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1USA – Thailand
Your journey begins — depart the USA on your overnight flight across the Pacific. Sit back, settle in and cross the International Date Line while you sleep; the Kingdom is waiting on the other side.
Day 2Arrival Bangkok
Touch down at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), where your local representative is waiting with a meet & greet and a private transfer to your hotel. After check-in, ease into Thailand at your own pace — a rooftop sunset, a first street-food wander, or a well-earned early night. The remainder of the day is at leisure, and breakfast is included from the following morning.
Day 3Bangkok Highlights & Michelin Food Tour
Step into the glittering Grand Palace, former residence of the Kings of Siam, and stand before the golden Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho. Wander the fragrant stalls of the Bangkok Flower Market — then, after dark, the city lights up on the Original Tuk Tuk Michelin Food Tour, an evening of local specialties by tuk-tuk.
Day 4Maeklong Railway Market & Floating Market
Watch vendors whisk their awnings off the tracks as the train rolls straight through Maeklong Railway Market — one of Thailand's most extraordinary sights. Then board a long-tail boat through quiet canals to the iconic Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, and visit a working coconut farm before returning to Bangkok.
Day 5Bangkok – Ayutthaya Heritage Experience
Leave the capital for Bang Pa-In, the royal Summer Palace, then walk among the temple ruins of Ayutthaya Historical Park — Wat Mahathat with its famous Buddha head wrapped in roots, and the three chedis of Wat Phra Si Sanphet, jewels of a UNESCO World Heritage city. Tonight: a traditional Thai dinner by the river in the old capital.
Day 6Ayutthaya – Sukhothai
A scenic morning drive north through rice country and small-town Thailand to Sukhothai — the kingdom where Thai civilisation began. Arrive with the evening free to settle in beside the lotus ponds and rest up for tomorrow among the ruins.
Day 7Sukhothai – Chiang Mai
Morning among the serene Buddhas, bell-shaped chedis and lotus ponds of Sukhothai Historical Park (UNESCO) — then north through the mountains to Chiang Mai, the Rose of the North. This evening, dive into the famous Night Bazaar.
Day 8Chiang Mai Cultural Experience
Climb to Wat Phra That Doi Suthep, the golden temple watching over the city from its mountain perch, then explore the moat-ringed Old City and its ancient wats. Visit a local handicraft village before a traditional Northern Thai dinner.
Day 9Chiang Rai Discovery Day Trip
An early start for a full day north: the dazzling all-white Wat Rong Khun (White Temple), the sapphire-blue Wat Rong Suea Ten (Blue Temple), then on to the Golden Triangle — where Thailand, Laos and Myanmar meet across the Mekong — and the fascinating Hall of Opium. A long, unforgettable day; we'll tell you honestly, it's worth every minute.
Day 10Elephant Sanctuary Experience
Spend the day at an ethical elephant sanctuary in the hills outside Chiang Mai — feed and walk beside rescued elephants in their natural habitat and learn how Thailand's conservation and welfare programs are rewriting these gentle giants' futures. No riding, ever.
Day 11Chiang Mai at Leisure
A free day to make Chiang Mai your own — join a Thai cooking class, book a spa afternoon, or browse the designer boutiques of the Nimman district. This evening, a short included flight returns you to Bangkok for your final night in the capital.
Day 12Bangkok – USA
Breakfast, a private transfer to Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), and homeward — with a camera roll full of temples, floating markets, elephants and eleven days of the Kingdom.
