- Duffel — flight booking, when you add airfare at checkout (traveler names, dates of birth, passport details, and contact information required by airlines for ticketing).
- Aegis General Insurance Agency / Go Ready (with AmTrust) — Refund Protection enrollment, when you choose a Refundable booking (traveler name, contact details, trip cost, and travel dates).
- Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery, security, and bot protection (technical and usage data such as IP address).
- Resend — delivery of booking and pre-departure emails (name, email address, and booking details included in those emails).
- Google, Meta, TikTok, and Metricool — the analytics and advertising tools described in the Cookies & Analytics section below.
Travel Suppliers and Tour Partners
Asia Bound sells, markets, coordinates, and supports travel experiences that may be operated or fulfilled by third-party travel suppliers, tour operators, hotels, transportation companies, local guides, excursion providers, airlines, insurance providers, destination partners, and other service providers.
We may share traveler information with these parties as needed to:
- Reserve hotels, rooms, tours, transfers, excursions, meals, guides, and transportation

After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of our website and booking of our tours.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Asia Bound website and the booking of any tour or service offered by Asia Bound LLC ("Asia Bound," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once we receive a deposit or full payment and issue a written confirmation with a booking reference. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Unless stated otherwise, tour prices are land-only and do not include international airfare; an air-inclusive option is available at an additional cost shown at the time of booking.
Geographic eligibility. At this time, Asia Bound is unable to accept tour bookings that include any traveler residing in Hawaii. Such bookings cannot be completed online, and any booking submitted will not be accepted. We hope to welcome Hawaii travelers in the future.
International guests & airfare eligibility. Guests residing outside the United States are welcome on every Asia Bound tour on a Tour Only basis and arrange their own flights. Tour + Airfare packages are offered to residents of the United States only, based on the country of residence stated at booking. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
2. Pricing & Inclusions
Tour prices include the accommodations, guided activities, ground transportation, and meals specified in each itinerary. Prices exclude, unless expressly stated: international airfare (for land-only bookings), travel insurance, visas, gratuities, personal expenses, and any activity described as optional. Domestic flights within Thailand that form part of a tour’s published itinerary are included in the tour price. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
3. Payment Schedule
You may reserve your place with a deposit of 25% of the tour cost (including any single-room supplement); international airfare and Refund Protection, when included, are charged in full at the time of booking, and airfare is non-refundable from the point of purchase; any changes, adjustments, or cancellations to flights are subject to the airline’s fare rules and change fees. By paying a deposit you authorize Asia Bound to securely save your payment method and automatically charge the remaining balance to it 45 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require payment in full. If the flights you select land before your tour’s first night, one extra hotel night is added at $75 per room, including airport pickup and transfer on that earlier arrival day; the extra night is charged in full at booking and, being accommodation rather than airfare, is refundable on the same schedule as the land portion of your tour. If the automatic charge cannot be completed, we will send you a secure payment link; failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe; Asia Bound does not receive or store your full card details. Depending on your location and order, you may also be offered Stripe Link (faster checkout), Klarna, or Affirm (buy now, pay later) at checkout. These options are provided by Stripe, Klarna, and Affirm and are subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies, and any installment or financing arrangement is solely between you and the provider. See our Privacy Policy for how payment information is handled.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email to [email protected]). Your refund is determined by the date we receive your written notice. International airfare booked with your trip is non-refundable from the point of purchase and is not included in the refund amounts below:
- Within 14 days of booking (and more than 45 days before departure): full refund, including your deposit.
- After the 14-day cooling-off period, up to 46 days before departure: full refund, less the 25% deposit (the deposit is non-refundable). For pay-in-full bookings, the equivalent of 25% of the trip cost is treated as the non-refundable portion — except the Thailand Heritage Escape, which receives a full refund up to 46 days before departure with no retention.
- 45 days or fewer before departure: no refund is available.
- Refundable bookings with Refund Protection: if a protected reason keeps you from traveling, the amounts this schedule doesn’t return — the 25% deposit, your full trip cost within 45 days of departure, or your airfare — may be reimbursable under your Refund Protection plan. Protected reasons and limits are listed in your Description of Coverage; the protection cost itself is refundable within 72 hours of purchase, then non-refundable.
Your balance is charged automatically 45 days before departure because that is when your space is fully committed with our Thailand operator — the same point at which bookings become non-refundable.
The refund date is determined by when we receive your written notice, not the date you decide to cancel. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Asia Bound is not responsible for costs arising from circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural events, flight disruptions, or government actions.

5. Changes by Asia Bound
We plan every journey carefully, but occasionally changes are necessary. We reserve the right to substitute hotels, guides, activities, or the sequence of an itinerary with arrangements of equal or greater value, and to adjust itineraries for reasons of safety, weather, or operational necessity. We will notify you of significant changes as early as practicable.
Minimum numbers. Departures are planned around a minimum group size; whether a smaller group still travels is at the discretion of our Thailand operator, and departures often run as scheduled even below the minimum. If we cancel a departure because minimum numbers are not reached, you will receive, at your choice, either a full refund of the tour payments you have made to Asia Bound for that booking (including any deposit) or a place on an alternative tour date. Any Refund Protection you purchased transfers to the rebooked trip at no additional cost, or is refunded with the rest if you choose the refund. We will notify you as early as practicable, and no later than 45 days before departure.
6. Travel Documents & Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport (valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates), any required visas, and any recommended vaccinations. Asia Bound is not liable for denied entry or any consequences arising from inadequate travel documentation.
7. Health, Safety & Conduct
You are responsible for assessing whether a tour is suitable for your health and fitness. You agree to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow travelers, and local communities, and to comply with local laws and customs. We may remove a traveler whose conduct endangers or unreasonably disrupts others, without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Asia Bound acts as a coordinator between travelers and independent local operators, hotels, and service providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asia Bound is not liable for the acts, errors, or omissions of these third parties, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your trip. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected booking.
9. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in our tour prices.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
